George Eggers
Co-Founder, Managing Partnergeorge@phaselinegp.comGeorge has a wealth of experience in scaling and optimizing B2B SaaS companies. At Phase Line Growth Partners, he focuses on operational execution, growth strategy, and building scalable business models.
Prior to founding Phase Line, George was the General Manager for a portfolio of software testing businesses that served 40% of the Fortune 100. He profitably led the businesses through a doubling of ARR while championing key strategic initiatives: layering Enterprise sales on top of product led growth, the formation of the company’s AI strategy, and the acquisition & integration of competitors.
Before his SaaS operating role, George worked in J.P. Morgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions group, where he executed and advised on more than $10bn in transactions across various sectors.
George began his professional career as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, leaving active duty as a Captain.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Government from Harvard University.
Todd Fletcher
Co-Founder, Managing Partnertodd@phaselinegp.comTodd brings deep expertise in sourcing, executing, and scaling investments in subscale B2B software companies. As Co-Founder of Phase Line Growth Partners, Todd leads due diligence, investment strategy, and operational support to drive sustainable growth for portfolio companies.
Before launching Phase Line, Todd was an investor at Five Elms Capital, where he executed deals and supported high-growth SaaS businesses. Prior to Five Elms, he worked at Thompson Street Capital Partners, focusing on investments in founder-led companies across the software & technology, healthcare, and business services sectors.
Earlier in his career, Todd served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, managing the development of next-generation rocket propulsion systems and launch vehicles. He also worked at Envisage, a boutique merchant bank, where he executed mergers and acquisitions across various industries.
Todd holds a B.S. in Management and a Minor in Spanish from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
